Obituary for Donald Endercot

It is with great sadness that the family of Don Endecott announces his passing on Wednesday, April 26, 2017 at the age of 85. Don will be lovingly remembered by his wife Judy of 48 years, his three children, Donald, Robert, and Layna, and his ten grandchildren.
Don was born in Austin, Oregon on December 5, 1931. He was the son of Emmitt and Mary Endecott. He served as a Merchant Marine in the Vietnam War and in the Army as an Airborne Paratrooper in the Korean War. Don was a salvage diver, an ambulance driver/EMT, a logger, a Mason, an Al Kadar Shriner, a member of the Honor Guard, a steam train enthusiast, and a cowboy. Those who knew him will remember him as a great man who will be deeply missed.
A Celebration of Don’s Life will be held on Friday, May 5th at 1:00pm, at the Mason Hall (240 NW Washington St. Sheridan, OR 97378). All who knew him or were touched by his life are welcome to join us in paying tribute.
