Leo Frederick Ketzner passed away on April 16, 2017 with his family close by his side, at his home in McMinnville, Oregon. He was 68 years old. Leo was born on April 1, 1949 at his home in Sharon, Kansas to parents Stephen and Mildred Ketzner. His father worked in a saw mill and delivered papers and his mother was a teacher’s aide.
The Ketzner family moved to Oregon in 1962 where they laid down roots in Yamhill, Oregon. Shortly after he joined the Army National Guard.
Leo enjoyed many outdoor activities including riding his motorcycle, driving his dune buggy on the sand dunes, and working in his garden. He was a very skilled mechanic, wood worker, and just overall handyman. He loved spending time with his grandchildren hunting for agates, watching movies, and cooking.

In 1970 Leo married Jacqueline F. Stone and later divorced in 1991. Leo was extremely loving and proud of his two daughters, Tami Ketzner of Lafayette, and Lisa Stumpf and her husband Paul of McMinnville and three grandchildren, Autumn, Toby, and Paul.
